Meet The Managers

Noel has spent several years involved in Church leadership, most notably in Christians Together in Dover, where he was instrumental in the setting up of Dover Street Pastors and Dover Foodbank. His work life began on a farm and ended as an Estates Manager for a quarrying business. He has a love for Dover and wants it to fulfil its potential.

Judith runs a Pharmaceutical Consultancy with her husband, and in recognising how blessed she is in life, wanted to reach out to help those who have so little. She led Dover Soup Kitchen for over ten years and was involved with setting up a social supermarket (Dover Pantry) in Dover. Judith has been a trustee for DOC since its formation in 2016 and took over as chair of trustees in 2021. She is churchwarden at her church and when time allows, she enjoys working in the garden, travel and music .... which helps when married to a musician!
